They were booked to sweep my chimney prior to a gas fire installation and also did my second working chimney at the same time. I got a call to inform me they were running behind schedule, it was great to be kept informed. The work was completed cleanly and efficiently. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was that the bag of 'sweepings' was left in my front garden which I didn't realise until later. Service: Chimney cleaning

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Used during the covid-19 pandemic and the attention to detail was very reassuring , using correct PPE all the time , cleaning all his work areas and touch areas pre and post the sweep. Booking was very easy via the book online app , speedy response , clear confirmation , and a prerequisite instructions to make the booking/visit safe for both the technician and home owner (eg make sure areas are clear , power supply is accessible etc ) The whole visit felt pretty much contact free , I’m so glad I didn’t delay.
